If p**p makes you squeamish, don't read this post.
I like to plan. I like to be organized. I like to know what to expect.
Last night I sat and thought and "planned" what I would do today. It went something like this... take Kami to school, exercise, clean the basement, pick Kami up, go for groceries, come home in time for lunch and nap time. Sounds fairly simple, eh?
This is how my morning actually went. I showered last night to save time this morning and packed lunches for Ty and Chles to stay at school (one less thing to do today). Kami slept in until 8:30 which makes it a rush to have her to school by 9. It probably would have been okay... except... poor Paige was having bowel issues. She was trying and trying to go but could not. I thought I'd just put her on the potty and she could go, sometimes it's easier to get a big p**p out without a diaper in the way (it used to work for Kami). But Paige just gets excited and totally distracted so I thought I'd try a suppository. Well, two broken suppositories, a Q-tip, Vaseline, and a half hour later she still had not gone... but was not impressed with my "help". She would not let me come near her so I left her in the bathroom to scream (and hopefully p**p).
Kami's preschool is working on colors. They have assigned a certain color to each school day for the month. Now, Kami is quite particular with what she wears and is not very persuasive when it comes to wearing something that I want her to wear. Last night I layed out her clothes. Thank goodness today was orange day and she has an orange shirt that she loves. I just figured she'd wear jeans with it.... I should have known better. When she was finally dressed it was on to the next one. I struggled a diaper and some clothes onto Paige and went to get Nat into her car seat. It's about 8:55.
I hear Kami "mom, there's a little problem in here... Natty's p**ped!". She just happened to be laying on her tummy, wearing my favorite little white sleeper.... with p**p up to her chin. Just great. So that cleaned up... I'm throwing shoes and coats and ... wait, something stinks.... Paige!
She p**ped. Thank goodness.
So Kami is at school, the babies are fed. I am going to exercise. I pop in the DVD and just get going and the phone rings... Ty at school, "mom, I need my puffers". Okay, so I shower, throw the babies in the stroller and run down to the school, getting home just in time to pack the girls in the van and go pick up Kami.
Now some of you may think I am complaining. This is not so. I started this blog a couple of years ago when we lived far from our family to keep them updated. Since then, it has turned into a sort of journal for me. I want to remember these days. I love my life. I love that I have these little people to keep me busy. I am so blessed.... I just don't want to forget.

What good memories you are recording for you to share with your children. You will all have a good laugh over this one. It was just as funny when I read it as it was when you told me about it over the phone. Keep this record printed somewhere in case you ever lose it. Thanks for the laugh. Mom
